From Janesville: Take I90 North to HWY 59 exit, cross HWY 59 to Goede Rd, continue on Goede Rd for ~2 miles to stop sign, turn left onto Lake Drive Rd and follow ~1 mile to clinic on left hand side.

From Madison: Take I90 South to HWY 51 South exit, take HWY 51 South ~1 mile to Lake Drive Rd, turn left on Lake Drive Rd ~1/4 mile to office on right hand side.

From Whitewater:  Take HWY 59 to Milton, continue on 59 to Newville, turn right onto Goede Rd at four way stop before I90 bridge, take Goede rd ~2 miles to stop sign and turn left onto Lake Drive Rd, follow for ~1 miles to clinic on left hand side.

From Evansville: Take HWY 59 to Edgerton, procede to four way light at intersection of HWY 51, turn left at light and follow HWY 51 North ~2 miles to Lake Drive Rd, turn right on Lake Drive Rd ~1/4 mile to office on right hand side.
